Swan Song Gin Fizz Recipe
Ingredients:
2 oz Rhodium Gin
¾ oz fresh lemon juice
¾ oz simple syrup
1 egg white
Soda water
Lemon peel or twist for garnish
Directions:
In a shaker, combine the gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white. Dry shake (without ice) vigorously for 15-20 seconds to create a frothy texture.
Add ice to the shaker and shake again until well chilled.
Strain into a chilled highball glass without ice.
Top with soda water to create a fizzy finish. Use a spoon to guide the pour, preserving the foam.
